1. Passenger Information

To proceed with the reservation, we require the following personal information from our passengers, which will be treated strictly confidentially:

• Nationality
• Gender
• Dietary requirements
• Medical condition (essential for adventure tours)
• Copy of passport (if booking with a passport close to expiration, please provide an updated copy as soon as available)

2. Payment and Reservations

• Initial Payment: An initial deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.
• Air Tickets and Train Tickets: The agency is not responsible for flight or train changes or cancellations. Passengers must adhere to airline and railway company policies.
• Itinerary Modifications: If the client wishes to modify the itinerary, relevant conditions will apply.

3. Cancellations and Responsibilities

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to specific policies. Charges will apply based on the time prior to the tour start.
• Passenger Responsibilities: Passengers must follow the guide’s instructions and respect local norms. The agency is not liable for accidents or personal losses.
• Suspension of Activities: The agency reserves the right to suspend activities in adverse weather conditions or risky situations.

4. Travel Insurance

Passengers are recommended to have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
